Arati Puvvu Odiyalu

2 banana flowers
50 gm rawa, 50 gm rice flour
50 gm gram flour
10 gm chilli powder
5 gm dhania powder
Salt to taste
5 gm ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp asafoetida
Oil for frying



Clean and wash banana flowers and mix all ingredients together. Heat oil and fry like crispy pakoras. Serve hot garnished with coriander and curry leaves.
